The MUR410 is an ultrafast rectifier diode from On Semiconductor, part of the MUR4xx series designed for switch-mode power supplies. It offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified current of 4A, making it suitable for medium-power applications.
This diode features a maximum forward voltage of 890mV at 4A and 25°C, contributing to high efficiency. The reverse recovery time is maximum 35ns, enabling high-frequency operation. The device can handle a nonrepetitive peak surge current of 125A, providing robustness in transient conditions.
The MUR410 is housed in a DO-201AA/DO-27 axial lead package, suitable for through-hole mounting. It has an operating temperature range of -65°C to 175°C and a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 6.6°C/W. The leads are solderable up to 260°C for 10 seconds.
Typical applications include switching power supplies, inverters, freewheeling diodes, and power factor correction circuits. The device is shipped in plastic bags of 500 units or available in tape and reel with RLG suffix.
