The MUR3040PTG is a dual common-cathode fast recovery rectifier diode array from ON Semiconductor. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 400V and an average forward current of 15A per leg (30A total at TC=145°C). The forward voltage is typically 1.25V maximum at 15A (25°C) and 1.05V at 150°C. With a reverse recovery time of 60ns, it is optimized for high-frequency switching applications.
