The MUR260RLG is a state-of-the-art ultrafast rectifier diode designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters, and freewheeling diode applications. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified forward current of 2A (at 60°C ambient). The device offers a fast reverse recovery time of 75ns, enabling efficient high-frequency operation.
This rectifier is built with a high-temperature glass passivated junction and can operate over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. It has a low forward voltage of 1.35V maximum at 2A and 25°C, and a non-repetitive peak surge current rating of 35A, providing robustness in demanding applications.
The MUR260RLG is packaged in a DO-204AL (DO-41) axial leaded package, suitable for through-hole mounting. It is available in tape and reel (5,000 per reel) or bag (1,000 per bag) packaging options. The device is Pb-Free and RoHS compliant, with a corrosion-resistant finish and solderable leads.
