The MUR1560G is an ultrafast rectifier diode from ON Semiconductor, designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters, and free-wheeling diode applications. It offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified current of 15A at a case temperature of 150°C.
The device features a fast reverse recovery time of 60 ns, enabling efficient high-frequency operation. The forward voltage drop is typically 1.5V at 15A, and the diode can handle nonrepetitive peak surge currents up to 150A. It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C.
The MUR1560G is housed in a through-hole TO-220-2 package with epoxy molded case and solderable leads. The package is Pb-Free and weighs approximately 1.9 grams. Thermal resistance junction-to-case is 1.5°C/W and junction-to-ambient is 73°C/W.
