The MUR1520G is an ultrafast rectifier diode designed for switch-mode power supplies, inverters, and freewheeling diode applications. It offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified current of 15A. The device features a fast reverse recovery time of 35ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching circuits. The forward voltage is typically 1.05V at 15A. The rectifier is rated for a nonrepetitive peak surge current of 200A. It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C.
