The MUR130RL is a 300V, 1A fast recovery rectifier diode from ON Semiconductor's SWITCHMODE power rectifier series. Designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters, and freewheeling diode applications, this device features an ultrafast 75 ns reverse recovery time.
Specifications include a 1 A average rectified forward current with 35 A nonrepetitive peak surge current capability. Forward voltage is 1.25 V maximum at 1 A and 25°C junction temperature. The diode offers a maximum junction temperature of 175°C and a storage temperature range of -65°C to 175°C.
The MUR130RL is housed in a DO-204AL (DO-41) axial package with through-hole mounting. The device is Pb-free and has a high temperature glass passivated junction for reliability. It is shipped in plastic bags of 1,000 pieces and is also available on tape and reel (5,000 per reel) by adding the RL suffix.
The MUR130RL has a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 300 V.
The MUR130RL has an average rectified forward current (IF(AV)) of 1 A at 130°C case temperature (mounting method #3).
