The MUR130 is a superfast efficient rectifier diode manufactured by Diotec Semiconductor. It is rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 300V and an average forward current of 1A. The diode offers a fast reverse recovery time of 50ns (under specified conditions) and a low forward voltage drop of 1.25V at 1A. These characteristics make it suitable for high-frequency rectification and efficient switching stages in power supplies and converters. The device is housed in a DO-204AC (DO-41) axial leaded package, suitable for through-hole mounting. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, and the case material is UL 94V-0 rated. The junction temperature range is -50°C to 175°C.
