The MUR120G is a 200V, 1A SWITCHMODE power rectifier from On Semiconductor, offering ultrafast recovery times for high-efficiency switching applications. It is rated for a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and an average forward current of 1A at 130°C ambient. The reverse recovery time is 35ns (tested at IF=1A, di/dt=50A/µs), and the forward voltage drop is 875mV maximum at 1A. The device can handle nonrepetitive peak surge currents up to 35A (60Hz half-sine wave).
This rectifier is housed in a DO-204AL/DO-41 axial lead package, suitable for through-hole mounting. The junction temperature range is -65°C to +175°C, making it robust for demanding environments. The leads are solderable with a maximum soldering temperature of 260°C for 10 seconds. The part is Pb-Free verified and RoHS3 compliant (unverified).
Typical applications include switching power supplies, inverters, freewheeling diodes, and high-frequency rectification circuits. The MUR120G is available in bulk (1000 per bag) or on tape and reel (5000 per reel, RL suffix).
