The MUR120 is a SWITCHMODE power rectifier from On Semiconductor, designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters, and free-wheeling diode applications. This 1.0 ampere, 200 volt ultrafast rectifier features a maximum reverse recovery time of 50ns at 1A and 50A/µs, making it suitable for high-frequency switching circuits.
The device has a maximum average rectified forward current of 1A at 120°C ambient, and a forward voltage of 1.25V maximum at 1A and 25°C. It can handle nonrepetitive peak surge currents up to 35A. The reverse leakage current is typically 5µA at 25°C and 150µA at 150°C.
The MUR120 is packaged in a DO-204AL, DO-41 axial lead case with epoxy molding and corrosion-resistant solderable terminals. The cathode is indicated by a polarity band. The parts are shipped in plastic bags of 1,000 per bag, with tape and reel options available (5,000 per reel, add 'RL' suffix). The device is Pb-free and RoHS compliant (unverified).
