The MUR115RLG is a 1.0 A, 150 V ultrafast power rectifier from On Semiconductor, part of the MUR120 series of SWITCHMODE rectifiers. It is designed for high-frequency switching applications requiring fast recovery times and low forward voltage drop. The device features a maximum forward voltage of 875 mV at 1 A and 25°C, and a maximum reverse recovery time of 35 ns under standard test conditions. Its reverse leakage current is typically 2.0 µA at rated DC voltage.
This rectifier is built with a high-temperature glass passivated junction and is capable of operating at junction temperatures from -65°C to 175°C. It can withstand non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 35 A. The device is Pb-free and RoHS compliant (RoHS status unverified, but Pb-Free confirmed by datasheet).
The MUR115RLG is available in a DO-204AL (DO-41) axial lead package with through-hole mounting. The package is epoxy molded with corrosion-resistant terminations. Tape and reel packaging is available, indicated by the RL suffix, with 5,000 units per reel. Typical applications include switching power supplies, inverters, and freewheeling diodes.
