The MUR115G is a 150V, 1A ultrafast power rectifier from ON Semiconductor, part of the MUR120 series of SWITCHMODE power rectifiers. It is designed for high-efficiency switching power supplies, inverters, and freewheeling diode applications.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) of 150V, average forward current of 1A, and a low forward voltage drop of 875mV at 1A (25°C). The device offers ultrafast reverse recovery time of 35ns (at IF=1A, di/dt=50A/µs), enabling high-frequency operation. Reverse leakage current is only 2µA at 25°C and 50µA at 150°C.
