The MUR1100ERLG is an ultrafast power rectifier diode from ON Semiconductor's SWITCHMODE E Series. It is designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters, and as a free wheeling diode. The device features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 1000V and an average rectified forward current of 1A at 95°C case temperature.
The diode offers an ultrafast reverse recovery time of 100ns maximum, which minimizes switching losses. It also guarantees a minimum avalanche energy of 10mJ, providing excellent protection against voltage transients in inductive load circuits. The forward voltage is 1.75V maximum at 1A and 25°C, and 1.5V maximum at 1A and 150°C.
The MUR1100ERLG is housed in a DO-204AL (DO-41) axial leaded package, suitable for through-hole mounting. It has an operating junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. The device is Pb-Free.
This rectifier is ideal for high-voltage, high-frequency applications where fast switching and low forward voltage drop are critical.
