The MUR1100ERL is an ultrafast power rectifier from onsemi's SWITCHMODE series. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 1000V and an average rectified forward current of 1.0A. The device offers a maximum reverse recovery time of 100ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications. It is rated for a non-repetitive peak surge current of 35A and guarantees a minimum avalanche energy of 10 mJ, providing excellent protection against voltage transients in inductive load circuits. A low forward voltage of 1.75V at 25°C (1.50V at 150°C) and low reverse leakage of 10µA at 25°C contribute to efficient operation. The rectifier is housed in an epoxy-molded DO-204AL (DO-41) axial package with through-hole mounting and weighs approximately 0.4 grams. It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. The device is Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
