The IXYS MUBW35-12E7 is a high-integration IGBT module suitable for AC motor drives, electric braking, and three-phase inverter applications. It incorporates NPT3-IGBTs with low saturation voltage and positive temperature coefficients, along with epitaxial free-wheeling diodes featuring Hiperfast and soft reverse recovery.
This module offers a collector-emitter voltage rating of 1200V and a continuous collector current of 52A at 25°C. It has a total power dissipation of 225W at 25°C. The module includes an integrated NTC thermistor for temperature sensing.
