The Samtec MTLW-102-07-S-S-280 is a low-profile variable post height terminal strip from the MTLW series. It is a 2-position, single-row, unshrouded header with a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch. The connector uses a 0.025" square post contact system and is terminated via through-hole soldering. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a tin finish (30µin thickness), and the insulator is black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) rated UL94 V-0. Electrical rating is 5.2A per contact, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The Flex Stack design allows modified post heights in 0.005" increments. This header is suitable for board-to-board and cable applications. Packaging is bulk. Compliance with RoHS, REACH, and MSL level 1 is unverified.
