The ON Semiconductor MT9P031I12STM-DP is a 1/2.5-inch CMOS active-pixel digital image sensor with an active imaging pixel array of 2592H x 1944V. It features a pixel size of 2.2µm x 2.2µm and supports a maximum frame rate of up to 14 fps at full resolution, with higher rates possible for reduced resolutions like HDTV.
This sensor incorporates sophisticated camera functions on-chip, including windowing, column and row skip modes, and snapshot mode, all programmable through a simple two-wire serial interface. It utilizes ON Semiconductor's low-noise CMOS imaging technology to achieve CCD image quality while maintaining the advantages of CMOS integration.
The device operates with supply voltages ranging from 1.7V to 3.1V for I/O and 1.7V to 1.9V for digital. It has an operating temperature range of -30°C to +70°C. The sensor is supplied in a 48-pin iLCC package.
