It features a maximum reverse standoff voltage of 100V and an average forward rectified current of 1A. The device can handle a peak forward surge current of 18A (10 ms single half sine-wave) and has a typical forward voltage of 0.9V at 1A and 125°C. The maximum operating junction temperature is 175°C.
