The Vishay MSS2P3-M3/89A is a surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier designed for low-voltage, high-frequency applications. It is rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 30V and an average rectified current (IF(AV)) of 2A. The device offers a low typical forward voltage drop of 0.47V at 2A, contributing to high efficiency and reduced power losses.
This rectifier is housed in a MicroSMP (DO-219AD) package with a very low profile of typically 0.65mm, making it suitable for automated placement and space-constrained designs.
