The Vishay MSS1P3L-M3/89A is a surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier designed for low voltage, high frequency applications. It is rated for a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 30V and an average rectified forward current (IF(AV)) of 1A.
This device features a very low typical forward voltage drop of 0.35V at 1A, which minimizes power losses and improves efficiency. It can handle a peak forward surge current (IFSM) of 25A for 8.3 ms, providing robustness for inrush conditions. The maximum operating junction temperature is 150°C.
