The ON Semiconductor MSRD620CTT4RG is a soft ultrafast recovery reverse polarity power rectifier designed for applications such as low voltage, high frequency switching power supplies, free wheeling diodes, and polarity protection diodes. It features a matched dual die construction that allows for paralleling for high current output.
Key electrical specifications include a 200V repetitive peak reverse voltage, a 3A average rectified forward current per leg (6A per package), and a 45A non-repetitive peak surge current. The recovery time is rated at 75 ns, and the forward voltage is 1.3V at 3A. The device operates over a wide temperature range of -65°C to 175°C.
