MSP430F248TPMR

The Texas Instruments MSP430F248TPMR is a low-power, 16-bit microcontroller based on the MSP430 CPU16 core. It offers 48KB of FLASH program memory and 4KB of SRAM, operating at speeds up to 16MHz. This device is designed for ultra-low power consumption, with active mode current draw of 270µA at 1MHz and 2.2V, and standby modes consuming as little as 0.1µA.
