The Vishay MSE1PJHM3/89A is a surface-mount rectifier diode designed for general purpose applications. It offers a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and a maximum average forward rectified current of 1A.
This diode features a low forward voltage drop and low leakage current, with a typical forward voltage of 0.925V at 1A. The reverse recovery time is rated at 780 ns. Its oxide planar chip junction and ESD capability contribute to its reliability.
