The Vishay Dale MSE1PG-M3/89A is a surface-mount rectifier diode designed for general purpose, polarity protection, and rail-to-rail protection in consumer and automotive applications. It features a 400V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage and a 1A maximum average forward rectified current.
This diode has a low forward voltage drop of 0.925V at 1A and a low leakage current of 1μA. The operating junction and storage temperature range is -55°C to +175°C. The device is housed in a compact MicroSMP (DO-219AD) package, making it ideal for automated placement.
