The MS27511B14C is a protective receptacle dust cap designed for MIL-DTL-38999 Series II bayonet coupling connectors. It features an impact extruded or machined aluminum alloy cover with a silicone or fluorosilicone elastomer sealing disk. The retaining chain and ring are made from passivated stainless steel, conforming to RR-C-271 type II class requirements. This dust cap is intended for shell size 14 receptacles and provides environmental protection when the connector is unmated. Finish is per MIL-DTL-38999 specifications.
