The MRS1504T3G is a surface mount standard recovery power rectifier from onsemi, designed for high frequency switching power supplies, free-wheeling diodes, and polarity protection. It features a glass passivated junction for high temperature stability and compact J-bend leads ideal for automated handling.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 400V, average rectified current (Io) of 1.5A at 118°C, peak repetitive forward current (IFRM) of 3.0A, and non-repetitive peak surge current (IFSM) of 50A.
