The MRS1504T3 is a standard recovery power rectifier diode from On Semiconductor, designed for surface mount applications. It has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 400V and an average rectified forward current of 1.5A. The forward voltage is typically 1.04V at 1.5A.
This diode features a mesa epitaxial construction with glass passivation for high temperature stability. It is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, making it suitable for automotive applications. The device is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to 150°C.
The MRS1504T3 is packaged in a DO-214AA (SMB) surface mount package with J-Bend leads, ideal for automated handling. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2500 pieces per reel. The case is molded epoxy with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
