MRF89XAM9AT-I/RM

The MRF89XAM9AT-I/RM is an ultra-low-power, sub-GHz transceiver module designed by Microchip Technology. It is built around the MRF89XA Integrated Ultra Low-Power, Sub-GHz Transceiver IC and supports proprietary wireless networking protocols within the 902-928 MHz ISM band.

Key electrical specifications include an operating voltage range of 2.1V to 3.6V, with a typical 3.3V. It supports both FSK and OOK modulation. For FSK, the data rate is up to 200 kbps with a reception sensitivity of -105 dBm at 25 kbps. For OOK, the data rate is 28 kbps with a reception sensitivity of -111 dBm at 2 kbps. The module features a typical output power of +10 dBm and a wide transmit power control range.

This module utilizes a 4-wire Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) for communication and features integrated crystal, voltage regulator, matching circuitry, and a PCB antenna.
