The MRF89XAM9A-I/RM is a module designed from the MRF89XA Integrated Ultra Low-Power, Sub-GHz Transceiver IC by Microchip Technology. It supports proprietary wireless networking protocols and the MiWi™ Development Environment.
This module operates in the 902–928 MHz ISM band, supporting FSK and OOK modulation. For FSK, the data rate is up to 200 kbps, and for OOK, it is 28 kbps.
