The MRA4007T3 is a standard recovery rectifier diode from On Semiconductor, designed for general-purpose rectification in surface mount applications. It features a glass passivated junction for high temperature stability and reliability.
With a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 1000V and an average rectified forward current of 1A, it is suitable for power supply and conversion circuits. The forward voltage is typically 1.1V at 1A, and it can handle surge currents up to 30A.
Packaged in a DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount case, the device is lightweight (70 mg) and features corrosion-resistant leads for easy soldering. The operating junction temperature ranges from -55°C to 150°C, with a storage temperature range of -55°C to 175°C.
