The MRA4006T3G is a standard recovery rectifier diode from On Semiconductor, designed for surface mount applications. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 800V and an average rectified current of 1A. The forward voltage is typically 1.1V at 1A, and the non-repetitive peak surge current rating is 30A. The device is housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) package with J-bend leads, making it suitable for automated handling.
The rectifier incorporates a glass passivated junction for high reliability and stability at elevated temperatures. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C, with a storage temperature range up to 175°C. Thermal resistance values are 16.2°C/W junction-to-lead and 88.3°C/W junction-to-ambient.
