The MRA4003T3 is a standard recovery power rectifier from On Semiconductor, featuring a glass passivated junction for high temperature stability. It is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 300V and an average rectified forward current of 1A at a lead temperature of 150°C. The maximum forward voltage is 1.1V at 1A, and it can handle a non-repetitive peak surge current of 30A (60 Hz half-wave).
This rectifier is housed in a compact DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package with J-bend leads, making it suitable for automated handling. The device is Pb-free and RoHS compliant. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and has a storage temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. Typical thermal resistance is 16.2°C/W junction-to-lead and 88.3°C/W junction-to-ambient.
