The MR752RL is a high current lead mounted silicon rectifier diode from the MR750 series, manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is designed for general purpose rectification applications requiring a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified forward current of 6A when mounted on a PC board.
This device offers a very high non-repetitive peak surge current capability of 400A, making it robust for handling transient overloads. The forward voltage drop is specified at a maximum of 900 mV at 6A, ensuring efficient operation. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to +175°C.
The MR752RL is packaged in a through-hole Microde Button case with axial leads, and the case is made of molded epoxy. It is a standard recovery type diode, suitable for line frequency rectification where fast switching is not required.
