The NXP Semiconductors MPX2200A is a silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor designed for accurate and linear voltage output proportional to applied pressure. This absolute pressure sensor operates within a range of 0 to 200 kPa (29.01 PSI).
Key electrical characteristics include a supply voltage range of 10V to 16V, a typical full-scale span of 40 mV, and an output range of 0 mV to 40 mV (at 10V supply). The sensor is temperature compensated over the operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, with a typical accuracy of ±1% and pressure hysteresis of ±0.1% VFSS.
