This is an oven-drying moisture analyzer for weighing and heating material samples to determine moisture content. The heating chamber is heated by halogen lamps up to 199 °C. In this chamber, the moisture analyzer or moisture balance dries the sample to be weighed, and then calculates the moisture content from the weight difference. The moisture analyzer can determine the smallest weight differences thanks to a readout, readability or resolution of 1 mg / .1 g / .1 %. The results are displayed on the large, easy-to-read LCD screen. Up to 15 different drying programs can be stored in the memory of the moisture analyzer. Accordingly, the moisture analyzer is suitable for determining the moisture content of everything from food, biomass, pellets, pastes, animal feed, nuts, seeds, beans, lentils and legumes to soil, sand, ceramic clay, resin and brick materials. With the included 1 g weight, the moisture analyzer can be calibrated quickly and easily at any time.
