This OptiFuse MOCBM-PL-30A is a modified reset type circuit breaker designed for automotive applications. It operates at up to 14V DC and has a current rating of 30A. The breaker conforms to the American National Standard SAE J553 and features an automatic reset actuator.
The body of the circuit breaker is constructed from PBT, with a cover made of anodized aluminum in a silver color. It is designed for occasional overcurrent protection and is intended for use in environments with operating temperatures ranging from -40°C to 85°C. The interrupt rating for the 25A-30A version is 450A at 14 VDC.
