The OptiFuse MOCB2-PCL-30A is a modified reset type circuit breaker designed for over-current protection. It operates at 12 VDC and has a current rating of 30A. This circuit breaker conforms to American National Standard SAE J553.
Modified reset circuit breakers remain open as long as power is applied to the affected circuit or until the load is removed. The MOCB2-PCL-30A features a plastic body and is designed to fit both 1/4” and 7/8” fuse clips. It is packed 1000 pieces per carton.
Specifications for current rating include: at 100% of rating, it opens in over 30 minutes; at 135%, it opens in under 30 minutes; and at 200%, it opens in under 1 minute. Operation beyond specified maximum ratings may result in damage. These devices are intended for occasional over-current protection.
