The MMSZ5256BT1G is a Zener voltage regulator diode from onsemi's MMSZ52xxxT1G series. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 30V with a tolerance of ±5% and a maximum power dissipation of 500mW on standard FR-4 or FR-5 boards. The device features a maximum impedance of 49Ω and a reverse leakage current of 100nA at 23V. Forward voltage is 900mV at 10mA.
Designed for general-purpose voltage regulation and clamping applications, this diode is housed in a compact SOD-123 surface mount package. It supports an operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and has a thermal resistance junction-to-ambient of 340°C/W. The package is optimized for automated assembly and is rated UL 94 V-0 for flammability.
