The MMSZ5246B-7-F is a 16V Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the MMSZ5221B–MMSZ5259B series. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 16V with a tolerance of ±5% and a maximum power dissipation of 500mW at +75°C lead temperature.
