The MMSZ5237BT1G is a 8.2V Zener diode from onsemi's MMSZ52xxxT1G series, designed for voltage regulation in surface mount applications. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 8.2V with ±5% tolerance and a maximum power dissipation of 500mW on FR-4 or FR-5 boards.
