The MMSZ5237B-7-F from Diodes Incorporated is a 500 mW surface mount Zener diode in the SOD-123 package. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 8.2 V with a ±5% tolerance. The maximum forward voltage is 900 mV at 10 mA, and the maximum Zener impedance (Zzt) is 8 Ω. Reverse leakage current is 3 µA maximum at 6.5 V reverse voltage.
