The PANJIT MMSZ5236BS is a surface mount silicon Zener diode designed for general purpose voltage regulation and protection applications. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 7.5V with a tolerance of ±5%, and a maximum power dissipation of 200mW at 25°C ambient temperature. The diode exhibits a maximum Zener impedance of 6Ω at 20mA test current and 500Ω at 0.25mA, with a reverse leakage current of only 3µA at 6V.
The device is built with planar die construction for reliability and is ideally suited for automated assembly processes.
