The MMSZ5235BT1G is a 6.8V Zener diode from onsemi (formerly On Semiconductor), part of the MMSZ52xxxT1G series. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 6.8V with ±5% tolerance and is rated for 500mW continuous power dissipation on standard FR-4 or FR-5 boards. The device is housed in a compact SOD-123 surface-mount package, designed for automated assembly and high-density applications.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum impedance (Zzt) of 5Ω, reverse leakage current of 3µA at 5V reverse voltage, and a forward voltage of 900mV at 10mA forward current.
