The MMSZ4V7T1G is a Zener voltage regulator diode from the MMSZxxxT1G series manufactured by onsemi. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 4.7V with a tolerance of ±5% and a maximum power dissipation of 500mW when mounted on an FR-5 board. The device offers a forward voltage of 900mV at 10mA and a maximum reverse leakage current of 3µA at 2V. The typical Zener impedance is 80Ω.
