The MMSZ4690T1G is a 5.6V Zener diode from On Semiconductor's MMSZ4xxxT1G series, designed for voltage regulation in low-power applications. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 5.6V with ±5% tolerance and a maximum power dissipation of 500mW on FR-4 or FR-5 boards.
