The MMSZ27T3G is a 27V Zener voltage regulator diode manufactured by On Semiconductor. It is part of the MMSZxxxT1G series offering a wide Zener voltage range from 2.4V to 56V.
Electrical specifications include a nominal Zener voltage of 27V with ±5% tolerance, power dissipation of 500mW, typical forward voltage of 0.9V at 10mA, maximum Zener impedance of 80Ω, and maximum reverse leakage current of 50nA at 18.9V.
