The MMSD914T1 is a high-speed switching diode designed for general-purpose switching applications. It is rated for a maximum continuous reverse voltage of 100V and a maximum forward current of 200mA. The device exhibits a low forward voltage of 1V at 10mA and a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching circuits. The MMSD914T1 is also capable of handling non-repetitive forward surge currents up to 1A for 1s and 2A for 1µs. The diode has a maximum power dissipation of 425mW on an FR-5 board at 25°C ambient temperature. It is offered in a SOD-123 surface mount package, which is compact and suitable for automated assembly. The device is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant. Applications include switching power supplies, high-speed logic circuits, and general-purpose signal switching.
