The MMSD914 is a high-speed switching diode designed for general-purpose switching applications. It is rated for a maximum continuous reverse voltage of 100 V and a maximum continuous forward current of 200 mA.
The device features a fast reverse recovery time of 4 ns (at IF=IR=10 mA), making it suitable for high-speed switching circuits. The maximum forward voltage is 1 V at 10 mA. The diode offers a peak forward surge current capability of 500 mA, with non-repetitive surge ratings up to 2 A for a 1 µs pulse.
The MMS914 is housed in a surface mount SOD-123 package, ideal for automated assembly. The device is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to +150°C, with a maximum power dissipation of 425 mW on an FR-5 board.
