The MMSD701T1G is a Schottky barrier diode designed for high-efficiency UHF and VHF detector applications. It is a spin-off of the popular MMBD701LT1 SOT-23 device, now offered in the smaller SOD-123 package. Key electrical characteristics include a reverse voltage of 70V, continuous forward current of 200mA, and a forward power dissipation of 225mW at 25°C. The diode exhibits very low capacitance (1.0 pF at 0V) and low reverse leakage (200nA at 35V), making it suitable for high-speed switching and RF detector circuits. The MMSD701T1G is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant. It is also available in an automotive qualified version (SMMSD701T1G). The device operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel.
