The MMSD4448 is a standard recovery fast switching diode manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is designed for general purpose rectification and switching applications requiring high speed. With a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and average rectified current of 200mA, it is suitable for low power circuits. The forward voltage is typically 1V at 100mA forward current. The device features a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns, enabling efficient high-frequency operation. The junction capacitance is 2pF at 0V and 1MHz. The diode is housed in a surface mount SOD123 package, making it ideal for compact PCB designs. The operating junction temperature range extends up to 150°C. The MMSD4448 is RoHS compliant (unverified) and has MSL level 1. It is a direct replacement for the Fairchild MMSD4448 part.
