The MMSD4148T1 is a switching diode designed for high-speed switching applications. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and a forward current of 200mA.
Electrical characteristics include a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns, low forward voltage of 1000mV at 10mA, and low leakage current of 25nA at 20V. The diode can handle surge currents up to 1A and has a repetitive peak forward current of 0.5A.
The device is offered in a SOD-123 surface mount package, suitable for automated assembly. It has a power dissipation of 425mW on FR-5 board and operates over a temperature range of -55 to 150°C.
The MMSD4148T1 is RoHS compliant, Pb-Free, and Halogen Free. It is available in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel.
